Hafnia Plans Shareholder Vote on Singapore Redomiciliation

Hafnia (HAFN) has released an update.

Hafnia Limited has announced a Scheme Meeting for shareholders to vote on the company’s proposed relocation from Bermuda to Singapore, a process known as Redomiciliation. Eligible shareholders will vote on September 11, 2024, on the adoption of the Singapore Constitution, which will replace the current bye-laws and memorandum of association. The company’s stock exchange tickers will remain unchanged, but it will have new registration and security codes post-Redomiciliation.
