Hafnia (HAFN) has released an update.
Hafnia Limited, a leading tanker owner, announced the completion of its 2024 Annual General Meeting, which included the re-election of directors, the re-appointment of its Chairman, and the approval to re-appoint KPMG LLP as auditors. Shareholders also authorized the Board of Directors to determine auditor remuneration, purchase company shares, and issue shares and/or instruments, contingent upon the completion of redomiciliation. Hafnia operates a substantial fleet of over 200 vessels and is a part of the BW Group with a history spanning 80 years in shipping.
