Hafnia (HAFN) has released an update.
Hafnia Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in Bermuda on July 10, 2024, with agenda items including the election of Directors, approval of executive remuneration, and re-appointment of Auditors. The meeting will also address a proposed redomiciliation from Bermuda to Singapore, and will consider granting the Directors authority to buy back shares. Hafnia is a major tanker owner and operator within the BW Group, with over 200 vessels and offices in multiple countries.
