Greencore Group PLC has continued its GBP 30 million share buyback initiative by purchasing 111,331 of its own shares for cancellation on July 1, 2024, at prices ranging from £1.6765 to £1.7000 per share. This latest transaction is part of a series of buybacks that began on May 21, 2024, with the company now having acquired a total of 6,257,659 shares through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited. The buyback program aims to enhance shareholder value and reflects the company’s commitment to capital distribution.
