Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has announced the purchase and cancellation of 346,511 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of £1.8488 each, as part of its ongoing £30 million share buyback program initiated on 21 May 2024. To date, the company has bought back 11,965,206 shares under this scheme, aiming to enhance shareholder value.
