Greencore Group PLC has actively pursued its share buyback program by canceling a significant number of shares, with 342,907 ordinary shares purchased on June 27, 2024, at the London Stock Exchange. The average price per share was £1.6773, contributing to the company’s ongoing effort to repurchase £30 million worth of shares since the program’s announcement on May 21, 2024. Overall, Greencore has bought back 5,606,912 shares to date for cancellation as part of this initiative.
