Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has further progressed its share buyback program, repurchasing 156,112 ordinary shares for cancellation on September 12, 2024, at an average price of £1.8103 each. This latest transaction is part of an ongoing effort, which began on May 21, 2024, and was expanded on August 29, 2024, now totaling 18,103,621 shares bought back for cancellation. The buyback is executed through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited and is part of Greencore’s £40 million share repurchase plan.
