Greencore (GB:GNC) has released an update.
Greencore Group PLC has progressed its share buyback program by purchasing 147,222 of its own shares for cancellation on September 11, 2024, with transactions executed through Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited. This latest buyback is part of a GBP 40 million program initiated on May 21, 2024, and subsequently extended. The average price per share stood at £1.7916, contributing to the total of 17,947,509 shares bought back under this scheme.
