Greencoat UK Wind (GB:UKW) has released an update.
Greencoat UK Wind PLC has actively repurchased 290,872 of its own shares as a part of its share buyback programme announced last October, with prices ranging from 132.60 to 132.90 pence. The shares acquired will be held in treasury, and following this transaction, the company’s treasury now holds a total of 27,457,426 shares. Investors should note the total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 2,279,991,230 for their interest notification calculations.
