Greencoat UK Wind (GB:UKW) has released an update.
Greencoat UK Wind PLC has announced the buyback of 292,348 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 141.10 pence to 141.60 pence per share, with a weighted average price of 141.45 pence. These shares will now be held in treasury, and following the transaction, the company’s total shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, stand at 2,275,842,057. The repurchase is part of the share buyback program that was previously announced on 26 October 2023.
