Greencoat UK Wind PLC has executed a share buyback program, purchasing 301,206 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 132.70 to 133.20 pence, with a weighted average price of 133.05 pence. Post-purchase, the company holds over 27 million shares in treasury, with the remaining number of shares in issue standing at approximately 2.28 billion. These transactions are part of the company’s strategy to manage capital and share value.
