Greencoat UK Wind (GB:UKW) has released an update.
Greencoat UK Wind PLC has recently executed a significant share buyback, purchasing 100,000 ordinary shares as part of its ongoing programme announced last October. The shares were bought within a price range of 141.60 to 143.00 pence each, resulting in a weighted average price of 142.43 pence per share. These shares will now be held as treasury shares, with the company’s total shares in treasury reaching 33,833,874, and the remaining shares in issue totaling 2,273,614,782.
