Greencoat UK Wind PLC, a renewable infrastructure company focused on wind power, has actively executed its share buyback programme by purchasing 68,425 of its own ordinary shares. The transactions occurred on August 13, 2024, with prices ranging from 143.20p to 144.30p per share, reflecting the company’s strategy to manage its capital effectively. Following the buyback, Greencoat UK Wind PLC now holds over 33 million shares in treasury, with a total of approximately 2.27 billion shares in issue.
