Greencoat UK Wind (GB:UKW) has released an update.
Greencoat UK Wind PLC has purchased 300,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of a share buyback program announced previously. The shares were bought at a weighted average price of 140.25 pence per share, with the lowest and highest prices being 139.30 and 141.20 pence respectively. Post-purchase, the company holds over 36.5 million shares in treasury, while the total number of shares in circulation is around 2.27 billion.
