Greencoat UK Wind PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 208,614 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 137.00 to 138.90 pence per share, with the weighted average price paid being 137.53 pence. Post-acquisition, the company now holds 37,492,727 shares in treasury, reducing the number of shares in circulation and potentially increasing the value of remaining shares.
