Greencoat UK Wind PLC has actively participated in its share buyback program, purchasing 333,303 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 135.20 to 139.40 pence each, with an average price of 137.01 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, and after the transaction, the total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, stands at 2,279,356,721. The company’s move is part of a strategy announced last October, aimed at managing its share capital effectively.
