Greencoat UK Wind PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 300,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 138.00 to 139.30 pence per share, with a weighted average price of 138.51 pence. These shares will be held in treasury, and following the buyback, the company now holds 32,291,935 treasury shares. The total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 2,275,156,721, a figure relevant for shareholders’ notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
