Greencoat UK Wind PLC has actively engaged in its share buyback program by purchasing 100,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging between 140.00 pence to 141.70 pence, with the weighted average price at 140.84 pence. The acquired shares are now held in treasury, with the company’s total treasury holdings reaching 35,942,050 shares. This buyback is part of a strategy announced previously on 26 October 2023 and may affect shareholders’ notification requirements under the FCA’s rules.
