Greencoat Renewables PLC has actively engaged in their share buyback program by purchasing and cancelling 300,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging between €0.9450 and €0.9500 per share on 6 September 2024. This transaction, executed through their broker RBC Europe Limited on Euronext Dublin, is part of a previously announced initiative from 8 May 2024, leaving the company with 1,117,078,973 Ordinary Shares in issue post-cancellation.
