Greencoat Renewables PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 350,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from €0.9500 to €0.9610 through its broker RBC Europe Limited on Euronext Dublin. This move is part of the company’s share buyback program initiated on 8 May 2024. Post-transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue stands at 1,117,328,973 with none held in treasury.
