Granite Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a May 2024 distribution of CDN $0.275 per stapled unit, to be paid in June to unitholders on record by the end of May. The company, which specializes in industrial and logistics real estate across North America and Europe, owns 143 properties with around 63.3 million square feet of leasable space. This distribution is not connected to U.S. federal tax effectively connected income.
