Granite Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a monthly distribution of CDN $0.275 per unit for June 2024, to be paid on July 15, 2024, to unitholders on record as of June 28, 2024. This distribution is not connected to U.S. federal tax effectively connected income. The Canadian-based REIT specializes in owning and managing industrial properties across North America and Europe.
