Granite Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a monthly distribution of CDN $0.275 per unit for July 2024, set to be paid on August 15, 2024, to unitholders on record by July 31, 2024. The Canadian-based REIT, which focuses on logistics and industrial properties across North America and Europe, owns 143 properties with about 63.3 million square feet of leasable space.
