Granite Real Estate (TSE:GRT.UN) has released an update.
Granite Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a monthly distribution of CDN $0.275 per stapled unit for August 2024, payable on September 16, 2024, to unitholders recorded by August 30, 2024. The trust, a Canadian-based REIT, manages a portfolio of logistics, warehouse, and industrial properties across North America and Europe, totaling 63.3 million square feet. Granite also confirms that the distribution is not effectively connected income for U.S. federal tax purposes.
