Granite Real Estate Investment Trust announced a distribution of CDN $0.275 per stapled unit for April 2024, payable on May 15 to holders on record as of April 30. The company, which owns and manages a wide portfolio of logistics and industrial properties across North America and Europe, confirmed the distribution is not effectively connected income for U.S. tax purposes.
