Granite Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a monthly distribution of CDN $0.275 per unit for April 2024, payable on May 15 to unitholders of record by April 30. The distribution is not effectively connected income for U.S. tax purposes. Granite REIT specializes in industrial properties across North America and Europe, with a current portfolio comprising 143 properties and roughly 62.9 million square feet of leasable space.
