GlobalData (GB:DATA) has released an update.
GlobalData Plc has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 411,000 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 219.9 GBp per share on August 16, 2024. These shares will be cancelled, resulting in a revised total of 843,058,898 voting rights within the company. The share buyback is part of an ongoing programme initiated by GlobalData to enhance shareholder value.
