GlobalData (GB:DATA) has released an update.
GlobalData Plc has successfully executed a share buyback as part of its program initiated on 31 July 2024, purchasing 450,000 ordinary shares, which will be subsequently cancelled. The buyback activity saw shares bought at prices ranging from 222.0 to 222.625 GBp per share, with the post-transaction total voting rights in the company standing at 841,793,898. This move is part of GlobalData’s ongoing efforts to manage its capital effectively and deliver value to its shareholders.
