The Glimpse Group, Inc. announced changes to its Board of Directors, with Jeffrey Meisner stepping down as a director effective April 29, 2024, though he will remain as Chief Revenue Officer until July. Dr. Tamar Elkeles, with extensive experience in the high technology industry, has been appointed to fill the vacancy and also join the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, as well as the Strategy Committee. Dr. Elkeles’s impressive background includes leadership roles at Qualcomm and other tech companies, and she has been awarded stock options as part of her compensation. The company has issued a press release detailing these board changes.
