Georgia Capital PLC has executed a share repurchase, buying back 10,000 of its ordinary shares on July 25, 2024, through Numis Securities Limited, as part of its ongoing buyback programme announced in May 2024. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 1044.0000p to 1066.0000p, averaging 1057.0966p per share. These repurchased shares are to be cancelled, which will adjust the total shares with voting rights to 41,472,605.
