Genifi Inc. has updated its privatization offer, increasing the cash consideration for shareholders in a revised agreement. The agreement, led by President and CEO Tom Beckerman, entails a significant share consolidation, leading to Beckerman becoming the sole shareholder and the company’s delisting from the stock exchange. Shareholders will vote on the revised privatization terms at an upcoming meeting on May 24, 2024.
