Genifi Inc., previously known as Prodigy Ventures Inc., has recently completed a financial milestone by receiving the last payment of $1.2 million related to the sale of its former subsidiary, TCB Corporation. This final transaction installment concludes the agreed payments, totaling up to $12.5 million, and marks the official completion of TCB’s sale. Genifi, a fintech innovator, continues to focus on its digital identity verification and AI chat platforms following this successful divestiture.
