Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications PLC has announced the repurchase of 30,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 1,480 pence per share on August 16, 2024. These shares will be held in treasury, leaving the company with 95,826,420 ordinary shares in circulation, excluding those held as treasury stock. The buyback is part of an ongoing programme initially announced on March 25, 2024.
