Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications has actively bought back 26,785 of its own shares at prices ranging from 1,462 to 1,480 pence per share, intending to hold these in treasury. Following this transaction, the company’s treasury holds 1,495,093 shares, with the total shares in issue being 96,005,296 excluding those held in treasury. The buyback is part of a programme announced on 25th March 2024, aimed at returning value to shareholders.
