Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications PLC has announced the purchase of 6,581 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,460.00 to 1,480.00 pence per share, with the intent to hold these shares in treasury. Following this transaction, the company’s treasury now holds 1,468,308 shares, with the total number of shares in issue being 96,032,081 excluding those held in treasury. The buyback is part of a previously announced programme initiated on 25th March 2024.
