Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications PLC has conducted a buyback of 29,524 of its own shares at prices ranging from 1,434.00 to 1,448.00 pence per share, which will be added to the company’s treasury shares. After this transaction, Gamma now holds 1,381,196 shares in treasury out of a total 96,119,193 shares excluding those in treasury. The buyback is part of a program announced on March 25, 2024, aimed at reducing the company’s share capital and potentially increasing the value of remaining shares.
