Gamma Communications PLC has announced the repurchase of 29,658 of its ordinary shares on July 22, 2024, with the intention to hold these shares in treasury. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 1,448.00 to 1,470.00 pence per share, resulting in a weighted average price of 1,458.7117 pence. Following this transaction, Gamma Communications now holds 1,351,672 shares in treasury and has 96,148,717 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
