Gamma Communications (GB:GAMA) has released an update.
Gamma Communications PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 29,363 ordinary shares through Investec Bank plc at prices ranging from 1428 to 1444 pence each, to be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s treasury shares total 1,051,570 with an overall 96,448,819 shares in issue.
