Gama Aviation (GB:GMAA) has released an update.
Gama Aviation PLC has successfully passed resolutions at their General Meeting to initiate a £32.6 million tender offer to shareholders and to cancel the trading of its ordinary shares on AIM. Following the approval, the tender offer is now unconditional, with the offer period concluding on 23 May 2024, and share trading on AIM is set to be cancelled from 31 May 2024. Shareholders are encouraged to engage with the tender process before the closing date as outlined in the company’s circular and website.
