Gama Aviation has successfully closed its Tender Offer, with approximately 38.82% of the issued share capital being validly tendered, which are to be purchased and subsequently cancelled on May 29, 2024. The company also disclosed that post-cancellation, the total voting rights will stand at 39,658,739. Additionally, certain Directors and PDMRs participated in the Tender Offer, with specific details on the number of shares tendered and the resulting ownership percentages post-offer.
