Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future PLC has recently bought back 943 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,060 to 1,065 pence per share, with the intention to cancel them. This transaction is a part of an ongoing share buyback program since May 22, 2024, totaling over 1 million shares costing approximately £11.2 million. Following this buyback, the company has confirmed that it now has 114,135,303 ordinary shares in issue with none held in treasury.
