Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has repurchased 38,574 of its own shares, with plans to cancel them, at prices ranging from 1,043 to 1,060 pence per share. Since May 22, the total number of shares bought back amounts to 1,403,059, costing over £14.8 million. Following the transaction, the company no longer has shares in treasury and maintains an issued share capital of 113,800,841 ordinary shares.
