Future plc (GB:FUTR) has released an update.
Future plc has announced the acquisition of 46,197 of its ordinary shares on June 13, 2024, at prices ranging from 1,022.0000 to 1,057.0000 per share, with the aim to cancel the acquired shares. This brings the total shares bought back since May 22, 2024, to 704,482, costing over £7.4 million. Post-transaction, the company will have 114,499,418 ordinary shares in issue.
