Future Metals NL (AU:FME) has released an update.
Future Metals NL announced a proposal to offer an Entitlement Issue, allowing holders of current FMEO options to purchase new options at a nominal raise of A$40,000 before costs. These new 3-year options, exercisable at 6 cents each, are part of the company’s efforts to involve shareholders in its ongoing development. A Prospectus will be issued, and shareholder approval will be sought at an upcoming general meeting in June 2024.
