Patrick Walta, a director at Future Metals NL, has recently undergone a change in his interest in the company’s securities. Walta acquired an additional 5,000,000 Performance Rights, while 833,333 Listed Options expired unexercised. Post-change, Walta retains 1,666,667 shares and a total of 25,000,000 Performance Rights with varying vesting conditions set to expire in November 2026 and June 2027.
