Fury Gold Mines Limited has announced a C$5 million financing effort through the sale of ‘flow-through shares’ to fund its Canadian exploration activities. The offering includes an over-allotment option and utilizes the LIFE Exemption, allowing unrestricted resale in Canadian provinces. The generated funds will be channeled into exploration at the company’s Eau Claire and Éléonore South projects, with a closing date set for around June 13, 2024.
