Funding Circle Holdings Limited (GB:FCH) has released an update.
Funding Circle Holdings plc (FCH) has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 158,976 of its own ordinary shares, which were bought at prices ranging from 108.00p to 112.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 109.7449p. Following the share cancellation, the company’s issued share capital will be reduced to 345,540,728 ordinary shares, with no shares held in Treasury. This move is part of a share buyback program initially announced on 7 March 2024.
