Funding Circle Holdings plc has announced the buy-back and cancellation of 76,228 of its own shares at prices ranging from 122.00p to 123.50p, with a volume-weighted average price of 123.1595p. Following the cancellation, the company will have 335,501,220 ordinary shares with voting rights remaining. This move is part of the share buy-back program initially announced on 7 March 2024.
