Funding Circle Holdings plc has executed a share buyback program, purchasing 275,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 122.50p to 125.50p, with an intention to cancel them. This move is part of an initiative announced earlier on March 7, 2024, and will reduce their issued share capital to 335,577,448 ordinary shares. The transaction details provide a volume-weighted average price of 124.2832p per share.
