Funding Circle Holdings plc has successfully executed a share buyback program, acquiring 290,396 of its own shares at prices ranging from 104.50p to 105.00p, with the intention to cancel them. This move will reduce the company’s issued share capital to 345,743,513 ordinary shares, affecting shareholders’ percentage holdings. The transaction was conducted through the London Stock Exchange, with no shares held in treasury post-cancellation.
